Unit Trusts Control Act 54 of 1981

Allan Gray Namibia Unit Trust Management Limited (the ‘Management Company’) is registered as a unit trust manager under the Unit Trusts Control Act 54 of 1981, in terms of which it operates unit trust portfolios and is supervised by the Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority. Allan Gray Namibia Proprietary Limited is the appointed investment manager of the Management Company. The value of units in the Management Company’s unit trusts may go down as well as up. Past performance is not necessarily a guide to future performance. Movements in exchange rates may also cause the value of underlying international investments to go up or down. The Management Company does not provide any guarantee regarding the capital or the performance of its unit trusts.
